- Connect your profile with your sports program
- Sign up for challenge
- Switch on your sports app during your workout (and switch it off after)
- Be sure that GPS data is switched on
- Walk, run or ride a bike at a place and time that suits you
- Collect your active points:
- 1km by bike - 1 point
- 1km by running, walking - 5 points
- Collect your active points during one month and keep up with your ranking among other participants during the challenge
