1.2. DRM contact details for personal data processing matters shall be: hi [at] distantrace.com. Inquiries about personal data processing shall be made by using these contact details or by contacting DRM at its registered office.
2.1. Personal data are any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

7.7. DRM shall reply the user by post by sending a registered letter to the address provided by the user or by email, taking into account, where possible, the manner in which the user would like to receive the reply.

DRM shall ensure that data processing and protection requirements are observed in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and, in the event of a user’s objection, take appropriate action to resolve the objection. Should this fail, the user shall have the right to apply to the supervisory authority – the Data State Inspectorate.
